Dar comes from the Arabic word meaning “house.” And that is exactly where everything begins. Dar is a place designed to make you feel at ease, as if you were at home, even when you are away from home. The colors, lighting, furnishings, and attention to the smallest details create a warm, welcoming, family-like atmosphere, where it feels natural to stop by, spend time together, and feel good. But Dar is more than just a space: it is a place to experience. There is always something to do, discover, or share here. We organize activities, evenings, and special gatherings, because one of the ideas behind Dar is simple: to beat boredom. And of course, like in any proper home, there is always something good to drink. Our selection comes from the desire to offer something original: distinctive and carefully curated drinks, Sicilian craft beers — with special attention to the Trapani area — and local wines chosen to tell the story of our land, even through a glass. The idea is that you can come to Dar without necessarily having a plan. Come for a drink and you might end up joining an activity, meeting new people, listening to music, discovering a new wine, or simply spending a few hours in a place where you feel good.
