The Maredinotte houses in Caucana are the ideal place for anyone who wants to stay close to the sea all day long. Access to the sea is either via a small road running alongside the property or by using the natural steps carved into the rocks. Casa Blu and Casa Rossa have private, direct access to the sea. Two houses designed to suit different holiday needs: Casa Blu is beachfront, while Casa Rossa is more sheltered from the sea. Casa Blu and Casa Rossa are two independent houses set in a garden of around 2,700 m², making them ideal for retirees or for families travelling with children, especially young ones: a safe garden with lawns and palm trees for playing and relaxing. The garden changes greatly with the seasons and the blooming of the plants.
